Tram-Tex Nursery, Inc. is a wholesale only nursery.  All customers must be able to provide a copy of their Nursery/Floral Certificate of Registration prior to their first purchase.  If you do not have this certificate, please speak to the manager.

 

All prices contained herein are FOB Tram-Tex Nursery, Inc., Tyler Texas.  Prices are subject to change without notice.  Orders are subject to availability of stock on hand at the time unless reserved in advance.  (Some restrictions apply to reserve plant material.)

 

We give no warranty expressed or implied.  The purchaser assumes all risk and responsibility of transportation, growth, planting, life of stock or any other matter on any stock that we sell.  We send out good stock, carefully grown, but we cannot control conditions after it leaves our care.  We exercise the greatest care to keep our stock true to name and are willing to replace on proof any stock that proves otherwise.  Any claim should be made within 24 hours of receiving plant material.  Tram-Tex Nursery shall at no time be liable for more than the purchase price of said stock.

 

We have a $100.00 minimum per order.  On orders of less than 10 one gallon plants or 5 two gallon plants, add 20% to the catalogue price.
